Now that tax season is in our rear view mirror we can move on to new adventures and one of those is to update you about changes around DIS. Some of you have already met him, but we would like to formally welcome and announce Kevin Vidrine to the DIS team. Kevin has joined us as an Investment Advisor representative. But wait, there’s more. As you know, we travel to Midland, Houston, The Woodlands, McComb, Mobile, Pensacola, and Lafayette to review with our clients as well as develop new relationships with future clients.

For a while now In Lafayette, LA we have rented a conference room at La Maison Des Avocats building a stone’s throw away from the Cathedral of St. John and the Lafayette Parish Clerk of Court. It’s there where an opportunity arose for us to lease our own office suite and conference room along with the wonderful Mrs. Shirley who greets all guests of the building. Naturally we jumped at the opportunity and have secured our place in Lafayette at 405 W. Main Street, Suite 107, Lafayette, LA 70501. It’s our view that this expanded ability to serve the Lafayette and surrounding areas, as well as the addition of Mr. Vidrine, will compliment what we have done and will continue to do with our main office and operations in Baton Rouge.

We will have an Open House on April 29th, between 11:00 and 2:00 with honey roasted chicken, crawfish fettuccini and more deliciousness catered locally by Joey’s. Last but not least, we built a website for that location at www.Lafayette.Investments. Please check it out and let us know if you think the name without .com is memorable. The website includes the location as well as other information about our firm and services.
